Our dedicated Community Development team at The Waterfront, Shell Cove help in creating an enriching and engaging place to live by facilitating events and communities each month. Save The Date! Kidsfest @ The Marina 2025

Where: The Waterfront Town Centre, Shell Cove

We're so excited to be bringing Kidsfest @ The Marina back for 2025! We'll have lots of creative kid-focused activities happening throughout the afternoon, followed by a community-led lantern parade as the sun goes down.

Women's Health Workshop
Pelvic Floor Health & Overcoming Incontinence
Date: Tuesday, 6 May | 7 pm – 9 pm
Location: The Waterfront Shell Cove Sales Centre, 100 Cove Blvd, Shell Cove, NSW
Cost: $10 (plus booking fee)
Age: Woman 18yrs+ in all stages of life.
Join us on 6th May at The Waterfront, Shell Cove, for the third in our series of women's health workshops. We will be focused on pelvic floor health and overcoming incontinence. Led by expert physiotherapists, this session will provide practical strategies to strengthen your pelvic floor, improve bladder control, and boost your confidence!

Explore your creative side, connect with neighbours, and enjoy guided art sessions in a relaxed, friendly setting! Bring your own project or try something new with instructor-led prompts.

Barefoot @ The Waterfront
When: Tuesdays, 9.30pm
Where: Killalea State Park (next to carpark/café).
Cost: $10 per week - Prepay/or on the day
Age: 18yrs +
Join us up at 'The Farm' for a beautiful yoga experience where you get to immerse yourself in nature and breathe in the fresh ocean air as you flow through our practice. Please note, our Thursday class is currently not running.

Make your Mark! Youth Week Art Mentoring Sessions
When: Workshop 2: Tuesday, 15 April | 3pm - 4:30pm

Age: 12-24yrs
Youth Week is fast approaching and we're calling young artists aged 12-24yrs to join us for a special mentoring opportunity to hone their artistic skills.
This interactive workshop is facilitated by a professional artist, who'll be on hand to offer support and direction as you create your masterpiece. Come with an idea or a piece you've been working on and make the most of this great mentoring opportunity. All materials are supplied (but artists can bring own if preferred).

Big Screen Inclusive Movie Night
When: Friday, 11 and Wednesday, 16 April | 6pm - 7.30pm
Where: Marina Foreshore (next to kid's beach), The Waterfront, Shell Cove

Age: Parental guidance recommended (PG rated movie)
The Big Screen is back these school holidays, and we're partnering with The Cram Foundation to host an Inclusive movie event down by the Marina.
This family-friendly movie screening of RUNT (rated PG) includes a fully accessible designated viewing area for people with a disability and their families/carers.

Shell Cove Community Garden
Love to garden? Everyone is welcome to come along and contribute to the Shell Cove Garden. The gardening group meet every Every Wednesday from 9am-11am and Saturday from 3pm-5pm. Come along and tend to the garden to enjoy its produce.

Looking for a fun, free social activity on a Wednesday morning? Come and join The Waterfront Walkers every Wednesday at 8:30am for a short stroll around the Marina. This is a free, weekly, resident-led walking group. All welcome! Meet at the top of the stairs opposite the kids beach.
