Life in Port Coogee – an invitation to share your thoughts and get involved!

With almost 2000 people calling our suburb home, and with the Port Coogee Village shopping centre and Marina now the beating heart of our community, I hope you agree our beautiful beachside neighbourhood is coming of age.

Frasers Property is proud to be part of Port Coogee’s transformation. During our inaugural Dialogue Dinner last July, and ever since, we’ve had so many locals tell us what it’s like to live here. Some have shared their appreciation of living on a street where they know so many of their neighbours. Others have told us of how much they enjoy walking down to the marina to sip a coffee or watch their kids play.

Since hearing a range of great improvement ideas, we’ve installed a community noticeboard at our Sales Office, supported the launch of the Port Coogee Connector – our very own local newsletter – and run a range of events including the Meet the Makers Series and the inaugural Festival of Lights.

Now we want to hear directly from you. We invite you to fill in a short survey to share your thoughts and experiences, and any ideas you have to make living here even better.

The survey also asks how interested you and your neighbours are in setting up a Port Coogee Residents’ Group. If there’s sufficient interest, we’ll look to hold an initial get-together with drinks and nibbles in March to explore how it might work and who’s keen to get involved.
