With 2025 around the corner, it's the perfect time to reflect on the year - and what a year it has been for The Quarry! We have... 🏡 Launched three land releases 👨‍👩‍👦 Welcomed our very first residents 🫶 Hosted more than 10 events for the local community 🌿 Delivered extensive landscaping in our mission to regreen the hillside 🤝 Collaborated with several local businesses and organisations - from schools and retirement villages to florists, photographers and more There is so much that happens behind the scenes and we wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been with us on this journey. You know what they say - Rome wasn't built in a day! It really does take a village, so thank you again to our wonderful and supportive community.

AWARD WINNERS 🏆 A huge congratulations to The Quarry's landscaper naturform for taking out not one, but TWO wins at the 2024 Landscape Queensland Construction Excellence Awards! The Quarry's cliffside staircase was even recognised as the State's 'Best Landscape Feature' and we couldn't be more proud of the team. Together with our landscape architect latstudios_, our vision has been carefully brought to life through passion, meticulous execution and a lot of hard work. This was a complex design-and-construct endeavor that stands as a testament to the power of collaboration. Highlights from The Quarry's inaugural Christmas celebrations over the weekend 🎅 It was such a beautiful afternoon with a visit from Santa himself, plenty of activities for kids to enjoy, delicious food trucks and an outdoor cinema screening of Elf as the sun went down. Thank you to our amazing residents who joined us - we are already looking forward to next year's event!

Earlier this month, we welcomed our newest residents to The Quarry ✨🏡🌿 With live music by marylenzmusic , sunset drinks and a stunning grazing table prepared by saycheese_brisbane, each new homeowner was photographed on their lots, standing proudly in front of their ‘sold’ signs. It was such a special celebration where neighbours connected for the first time and shared in the excitement of their future dream home plans. A standout feature of the evening was a live artistic experience by the incredibly talented Holly Neilson at ClubQ. Holly co-created a stunning watercolour artwork alongside residents, showcasing native plants from the surrounding landscape. The hero tree that came to life throughout the night was the Golden Penda, which there are plenty of throughout The Quarry and a favourite for our resident bees. We’re so excited to watch this vibrant community continue to grow as homes in Release 2 & 3 begin to take shape. Keep your eyes peeled! 📸: The Photo Pitch
