Port Coogee Construction Update - Onyx Lane

Central Place Sydney

Community & Construction Update

Welcome to the latest Port Coogee Community & Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how Port Coogee is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this vibrant coastal community and world-class marina.

Construction Progress

The Onyx Lane release at Port Coogee is progressing into a new phase, with Civil Contractors scheduled to commence their operations in late-June 2024. This will necessitate the temporary closure of the car park located opposite Woolworths for an estimated duration of six weeks, contingent on favourable weather conditions. This measure is essential to expedite the construction process and achieve progress in the development. To assist the community during this transition, clear signage will be erected to direct both residents and visitors around the construction zone. The decision to undertake these works during the winter months is a strategic choice aimed at minimising disruption by avoiding the busy summer period.
