Stage 7D Chieftain Esplanade and Calypso Parade Works & Traffic Modifications

The works along Chieftain Esplanade and Calypso Parade are continuing to progress and the first five of the 1000L Bambalina Olive trees have now been planted. The cobble stone crew have completed the installation along Calypso Parade and the focus now moves to the more finer detailing along the road reserve.

Landscaping works continue to progress with the installation of footings for street furniture and electrical items. Works remain on track to be complete by the end of March 2023.

Stage 8 - Omeo Edge land release

We are excited to announce that Frasers Property have achieved sufficient sales from our recent Stage 8 release, to commence preparation of the site for settlements to occur in 2023.

Densford Civil were recently awarded the contract to complete the Stage 8 works as part of the Port Coogee Marina. Earthworks will be commencing in the New Year, starting on Monday the 9th January 2023. These earthworks will continue until approximately March 2023. Upon completion of this, the preparation of the lots will begin. Frasers Property will continue to update you with each milestone until all works have been finalised.

Port Coogee Sales Centre 

The sales centre at 71 Pantheon Avenue has now been open since November 2022. For a recent sales update, pop in to say hi to Trent or Bill Quinn-Schofield.

Current opening hours are:
Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm-5pm. Please note that these times may change so keep an eye on the Port Coogee website for the latest times.

The grassed area to the front of the sales centre has been recently deprived of water, due to maintenance works being undertaken to the non-potable water scheme. We are working with the landscapers to bring this well utilised area back to its former glory in the coming months..

Port Coogee Community Christmas Festival 2022   

Oh, what a night! This community sure does the festive season proud in true coastal West Aussie style!

So many great moments from Santa singing Van Morrison on stage, the 12 Days of Christmas from the balconies of Marina Edge and Elyse Ainsworth and her sailing boat whom Frasers supports on her pathway to the Paris Olympics in July 2024.

The Port Coogee Community Association sold out of raffle tickets for their GIANT Raffle with $1000 worth of donations from all the local businesses, which raised much-needed funds for the Coogee Life Saving Club.

Congratulations to Kara T. for winning the Christmas Festival WIN a Stand Up Paddleboard Package (valued at $1,250) competition. We hope you enjoy the hot summer to come and we’ll keep an eye out for you paddling past.
