Baldivis Parks Construction Update - Stage 10B

Below is a summary of works that are currently underway throughout the estate.

Construction

Stage 9A and 9B

Works to Stage 9 are now complete and we welcome our new residents to the community.

Stage 10 

Initial site works have now commenced on Stage 10. We will continue to update our purchasers on important milestones throughout the construction phase. We have programmed for works to be complete and the Certificate of Titles issued in the first quarter of 2023.

Future Shopping Precinct

It was with great sadness to farewell our Sales Centre on Daintree Street. But from this, we are excited for Oreana Property Group to deliver a local retail hub for the community. Demolition works to the existing Sales Centre will be commencing soon. Following this, the site will be cleared in preparation for construction to commence with Oreana Property Group in the New Year.

We will also keep you updated with timings and location of the new Sales Centre. Stay tuned!

To our new residents, just a reminder that if your home is approximately 10 weeks from completion, don’t forget to complete the fencing and landscaping forms and return to me so that installation can be arranged prior to your move in.

Stage 6 Park Opening

We have received really positive feedback from our residents and guests of the newly completed park.  A big thank you to all the Baldivis Parks Villagers who joined us in celebrating the official park opening on the 8th October. A special shout out to Baldivis Rotary for the delicious sausage sizzle, Dan the Bike Man for sprucing up everybody’s bikes and Freedom Fairies for their beautiful facepainting and fun kids activities..
