Disclaimer: Whilst Frasers Property has tried to ensure that the tracking status is up to date, the content provided is ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ and is subject to change.
Titles expected: December 2024
Construction is continuing ahead of program. Therefore, we now anticipate Titles being issued in December. All services are complete with only a few tidy up items remaining. Retaining walls are nearing completion with minor works outstanding. There are no internal roads for this stage so some patching will be required to the existing roads once we are closer to Practical Completion in November.
