Titles expected: February 2024
Majority of works are now finalised to this stage, however there are some minor works required to reach Practical Completion. We therefore plan for this milestone to be reached in January 2025, with Titles to follow in February 2025.
- Due to contractor availability, minor works are still required to reach Practical Completion.
- Practical Completion now expected in early 2025.
