What happens next?
Congratulations on your settlement! It takes a lot of hard work, determination and planning to get to where you are today, you should be proud.
We have gathered some useful information to assist you in the next steps towards building your dream home, protecting your investment and moving into the Mambourin community.
Design and Siting Guidelines
Design and Siting Guidelines are provided to help create a neighbourhood character for the Mambourin community. The Design and Siting Guidelines ensure all homes are built to a high standard, while encouraging a variety of housing styles compatible with the streetscape.
Once ready, your builder can submit your design application to FPA.Approvals@frasersproperty.com.au.
Temporary Fencing
Temporary fencing is a cost-effective way to keep your lot secure until your builder is ready to commence construction. Unfortunately, dumping by third parties on vacant lots can occur and it is more cost-effective to install temporary fencing than to pay for clean-up costs.
Please note, neither Frasers Property nor the local Council will contribute to clean-up costs. Now that your settlement has taken place, Frasers Property do recommend you install temporary fencing as soon as possible.
Fence Consent Form
One of the final steps in the construction of your home will include the installation of your boundary fence. Typically, fencing costs are shared between adjoining lot owners, however, contacting your new neighbours may be difficult if they are yet to move in.
Upon request, Customer Care can share the contact details of adjoining neighbours once both parties have signed the Fence Consent Form. We are unable to share contact details until consent has been received by both parties.
Please note, Frasers Property will not contribute to the cost of boundary fencing, including in the instance where an adjoining lot is unsold. If your neighbour does not provide their consent within a reasonable time from your request, you may wish to follow up with a Request for Information through the Wyndham City Council.
Please return your signed Fence Consent Form to customercarevic@frasersproperty.com.au. Once you and your neighbours have emailed through the signed Fence Consent Form, we will exchange the contact details with both parties.
Owners Corporation Management
Quantum United has been appointed as your Owners Corporation Management team. Quantum United specialises in management of large scale residential communities and will be working closely with all owners to manage the affairs of the Owners Corporation along with Club Mambourin.

Community Infrastructure Levy
The Community Infrastructure Levy is a contribution payable by a property owner towards the local infrastructure that is required to meet the future needs of your community.
Frasers Property has paid the Community Infrastructure Levy.
