Finance Reminder - Stage 20

It’s time to apply for finance approval.

We wish to advise that settlement of your land is anticipated for June - July 2024.

Now is the right time to apply for your final loan approval. It’s best to finalise your arrangements for finance as early as possible, so that your settlement runs smoothly.

As soon as your lot is titled, our solicitor will provide your legal representative with the settlement date. Settlement will be due 14 days from notification.

Please contact your legal representative if you require a copy of your contract or the deposit receipts for your loan application.

Legal Representation

Your legal representative (solicitor or conveyancer) will provide advice and assistance with the preparation of your settlement and most importantly, will be a communication point to Frasers Property’s solicitor and your nominated bank. If you are yet to appoint a legal representative, please appoint one as soon as possible and send their contact details to customercarevic@frasersproperty.com.au.
