Statement of Compliance - Stage 20

We are excited to advise we have received Statement of Compliance from Wyndham City Council and Titles have been lodged at the Land Titles Office.

Once we have received the Title registration, we will trigger settlement. Settlements will be due 14 days after Titles have been issued.

Settlement Update

We would like to advise that settlement of your land is anticipated in July 2024.

Your legal representative will be sent a formal notice of settlement once Titles have been issued and the settlement due date has been set.

Please also notify your lender to ensure the final loan contract is finalised and ready for your settlement.
