Construction Progress

The team at Five Farms are pleased to advise that construction of Stage 22 is progressing well with bulk earthworks and drainage complete. No delays anticipated to the forecast Settlement date. Sewer and water reticulation works are underway.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in October - December 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
