Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by Quarter 4 2025. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.

The delivery of the 12 new townhomes at Botanica is progressing well. During the month of March and early April, the build team has installed roof sheeting to homes CN8206, CN8207 and CN8208 with early installation of services starting at the same time. CN8201 to CN8205 has also made some great construction inroads, with the roofing structure being installed and the alfresco for CN8201 can now be seen from Weeroona Rd.

From the street you can now see the heritage styled brickwork appearing on the sides of each home, up close, the brick work is looking amazing and adding to the unique feel to each home.

On CN8209 to CN8212, the framing carpenters have been busy fixing the first storey timber, party walls and second storey floor joists.

Scaffolding wraps all homes currently, an important milestone in completing the higher-level brickwork, and progressing into the other external elements of the homes.
