Botanica Construction Update - The Mews

Welcome to your March construction update for your property at The Mews at Botanica.

The site has taken a visual step forward, with the new homes now visible from Weeroona Rd.

Ground floor framing is almost complete across the project, with upper levels well advanced on some lots. Keen observers will also have noted scaffolding has now been erected around some of the homes. As we move forward, you will see the first homes are moving into the roofing phase of construction. Bricklayers have also arrived on site to start placing the feature face bricks, bringing the development’s character to life.

Settlement Forecast

We are currently forecasting The Mews for completion and settlement by the second half of 2025.. This forecast is subject to weather delays, general construction progress, and receipt of the title registration and occupation certificates.
