Construction Update
Welcome to our latest construction update for 2018 of The Waterfront at Shell Cove. We’re excited to share how the future marina and the first stage of our new Town Centre, which is now open, are taking shape.
The first stage of the Town Centre, which includes a Woolworth’s supermarket and several specialty shops is now open and with the convenience of local shopping, this has really brought the Town Centre to life!
The future harbour also continues to take shape with concrete paths being installed on top of the breakwall and groyne. Once complete this will be publicly accessible and will also provide pedestrian links onto the promenade around the harbor foreshore.
The piling for the marina will commence in early 2019 and completion is anticipated for May 2019.
