Our dedicated Community Development team at The Waterfront, Shell Cove help in creating an enriching and engaging place to live by facilitating events and communities each month. These regular events offer residents a space to connect with one another and the opportunity to meet new people in the community.
Women's Mental Health Workshop
When: Tuesday, 4th March | 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm
Where: The Waterfront Sales Centre, Shops 1 & 2, 100 Cove Boulevard, Shell Cove, NSW 2529
Cost: $10
Age: Suitable for women 18yrs+ in all stages of life.
Led by Emma Lightfoot, Registered Psychologist, in collaboration with Pause Nutrition, this interactive session will help you:
- Reduce anxiety
- Set healthy boundaries
- Find calm
Includes: Light refreshments, handouts, and a Q&A with Emma and Kara. Limited spots – only 35 available!

ART SOCIAL – Monthly Encounters at The Waterfront
Explore your creative side, connect with neighbours, and enjoy guided art sessions in a relaxed, friendly setting! Bring your own project or try something new with instructor-led prompts.

Looking to meet new people and build connections with others in your age group (55+)? Join us for our monthly Solo Seniors Meet-ups at the beautiful Waterfront Tavern. It’s an informal and friendly gathering designed to help you make new friends and enjoy great company.

Shell Cove Community Garden
Love to garden? Everyone is welcome to come along and contribute to the Shell Cove Garden. The gardening group meet every Every Wednesday from 9am-11am and Saturday from 3pm-5pm. Come along and tend to the garden to enjoy its produce.

Looking for a fun, free social activity on a Wednesday morning? Come and join The Waterfront Walkers every Wednesday at 8:30am for a short stroll around the Marina. This is a free, weekly, resident-led walking group. All welcome! Meet at the top of the stairs opposite the kids beach.

Enjoy free weekly pre-school storytime sessions every Tuesday within school term from 10am to 11am at The Waterfront, Shell Cove Sales Centre. Each session will explore new stories and encourage children to interact through song, movement and sensory activities. Suitable for all ages 2-5 years along with parent/caregiver. No bookings required!
