Soul Residences at Midtown MacPark reaches full height

Soul Residences at Frasers Property Australia’s Midtown MacPark this week reached its full height, the second topping out at the community in three months.

The four-towered 14 to 20-storey Midtown by the Park precinct includes the Soul Residences tower with 103 one-, two- and three-bedroom market apartments, four terrace homes, 130 affordable housing apartments and 259 community housing apartment dwellings.

Designed by Candalepas Associates, Soul is on track for completion in March next year, with the first residents due to move-in in April.

To celebrate the milestone onsite team members from builder Richard Crookes Constructions and Frasers Property Australia gathered on the roof to enjoy a sneak peek at the views residents will enjoy over buzzing Macquarie Park.

It follows the July topping out ceremony for the 24-level MAC Residences, which is also on track for completion early next year.

Midtown MacPark will eventually comprise 3300 apartments in an enviable location with unbeatable amenity, proximity to public transport, educational opportunities, and shopping.

In September the NSW Government announced a five-level primary school for 750 students would be built within Midtown MacPark. With two childcare centres already within the community, families will be able to access education for their children from birth to Year 6 without leaving their neighbourhood.

Other amenity within Midtown MacPark includes the 3,300 sqm Village Green central park, gym and 25-metre pay-as-you-go pool, community centre, social enterprise café, shops, cafes, walking paths and car share scheme.
