What’s happening at The Grove?
Construction of our final neighbourhood, Riverside, is progressing well.
- Settlements now underway for Stages 47 & 51.
- Construction of Stages 52 & 53 have reached Practical Completion. We are now working with authorities to obtain Statement of Compliance.
- Construction of Stage 54 has commenced.
- Construction of Ebb Drive Park and southern portion of the wetlands and waterway are progressing well for completion in Q1 2025.
