Completed in 2022, Minnippi Quarter was designed to extend the home beyond the front door and inspire a new way of living, with a unique collection of 172 Rothelowman designed terrace homes and 20 exclusive land lots.

Set within the established East Brisbane neighbourhood of Carina, just 8km from the Brisbane CBD, this close-knit community is nestled alongside the green expanses of Minnippi Parklands. Drawing on inspiration from the neighbouring parkland, a quarter of the site is dedicated to green space and resident facilities, offering residents an ideal balance between private retreat and communal connectivity.
