Marina Beach Prosperity Sundowner
On Saturday 13th March, the Port Coogee project team joined fifty lucky Prosperity members and VIPs for an exclusive, one-time opportunity to stand on the newly created beach fronting lots of the Marina Beach Release.
The immersive event filled with sunshine and limoncello gave guests a glimpse of what makes Port Coogee such a coveted place to live, and most importantly - a Saturday evening to remember.
We were welcomed by the acoustic sounds of Mia Simonette and Ultimo’s refreshing Limoncello Spritz. Attendees indulged in bespoke canapés and fresh oysters under a clear marquee, before exploring the premium beachfront land, before they were offered for sale.
Live drone footage transported guests to new heights, projecting the view live to the coastal-chic event space and showcasing the views possible from a three- or four-storey townhome.
