The goal is to help reduce tight, tense muscles and gain knowledge of the human body to help Gardeners improve their posture and movement in every-day life.
PART 1: MOVEMENT SESSION
Hosted by Karina, from Unique Balance - Massage & Pilates in Mandurah, will guide you through a Nourishing movement session at Frasers Landing in Mandurah.
The movement will be based on Contemporary Pilates with self-massage using soft massage balls. The goal is to help reduce tight, tense muscles and gain knowledge of the human body to help Gardeners improve their posture and movement in every-day life.
Karina will educate you with correct technique and show appropriate variations if necessary for those who may not be able to kneel or sit on the ground.
PART 2: NOURISHING NUTRITION SESSION
After the movement session, Alannah from “The Nourish Collective” will show you how to make the perfect Green Juice and Superfood Berry Smoothie. Alannah will explain the importance of good nutrition and how to fuel your body for optimum function.
