Christmas Lantern Markets at Baldivis Parks
Residents and the community got together to celebrate Christmas in the park!
The first ‘commercial enterprise’ version of the Baldivis Lantern Markets could not have got off to a better start with more than 800 locals attending to enjoy some great food and friendly Christmas cheer! Baldivis Gardens Primary School and the Red Dress Choir both performed over two hours of Christmas Carols to the bustling crowd, followed by a local duo. The successful formula seems to be well set and the addition of festoon lighting and more stalls really added value to the event.
It was great to see the new neighbourly friendships formed as many of the Baldivis Parks residents sat together and had their dinner whilst their kids played together in the playground.
Wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas period.
