Stages 9, 10, 11 & 12

Display Village
6 brand new display homes by Melbourne's leading builders will launch to the public on September 1st. Canvas Designer Homes is scheduled to open the first week of October and Mega will not be far behind. We encourage you all to come down for the FREE Carnival themed event and join in the fun!

Stage 9
The last of the footpath works are being completed and the audits for electrical compliance will commence this week. These will take a couple of weeks to complete. We are also in the process for seeking statement of compliance consents from City West Water, Melbourne Water and Council Landscape and Engineering Departments. Once we have all of these Council Subdivisions Department will be able to issue Statement of Compliance and we will be able to lodge for title registrations at the Titles Office. Frasers Property Australia have little control over how quickly the Authorities issue statement of compliance consent, however we continue to work close with the Authorities to get these consents as quickly as possible.

We will advise you once soil test and bank valuations can be undertaken on site, and expect this to be within the next two weeks. We still anticipate titles at the end of September 2018 and will advise if there are any delays.

Stage 10
All works are completed on site. We are in the process of seeking statement of compliance consent from the Authorities. There was a delay with the electrical audit which has pushed back getting Statement of Compliance consent from Powercor. We have addressed the issue and are now awaiting the audit to take place. Council Engineering Department have issue Practical Completion. This means that your builders may do soil tests on your lot and banks may complete valuation inspections.  Please have them contact our site foreman - Sam Zumbo on - 0428 648 253 to arrange access to the site.

We still anticipate titles at the end of September 2018 and will advise if there are any delays.

Stage 11

We are currently boxing the roads and completing subgrade improvements. Road crossing conduits for the electrical and water have been installed. Works are progressing on time and settlements are still anticipated in November 2018.

Stage 12
We are still yet to receive Councils approval to commence construction on stage 12. We continue to work with them to resolve the issue that is preventing approval. Once we have approval we will confirm if there is going to be any delays to the anticipated settlement date of late March 2019.

Please note title dates are an estimate only based on information we have available at this point in time. We would encourage all purchasers to be conscious of signing building contracts based on these dates as there could be delays that are out of our control such as weather and authority approval delays.
