SOD-TURNING CEREMONY

October saw the marking of a major milestone at Bradmill Yarraville with a sod-turning ceremony celebrating builder, Figurehead, commencing construction of the first homes.

Representatives of Figurehead and architects Rothelowman joined the Frasers Property team for the important milestone marking the start of a new chapter for the former textile manufacturing industrial site, 17 years after its machines fell silent.

Figurehead will begin with 44 Stage 1 Pioneer Townhomes, which are expected to complete by the end of 2025.

This celebration is just the beginning of a vibrant future for the community at Bradmill Yarraville, and we look forward to sharing more milestones with you as the project progresses.
