Currently, the closest shopping centres are The Waterside Centre, Eden Rise Village and Casey Central Shopping Centre. Further to these, Council have issued a planning permit for phase 1 of the Town Centre at Berwick Waters being developed by Mondous Property.
The closest train stations are Beaconsfield Train Station and Berwick Train Station.

Berwick Waters is located 45km from Melbourne CBD.
A significant milestone for the Town Centre was reached in January with Council issuing a planning permit for phase 1.
