Concessions & Rebates

You can apply online or submit forms to each state revenue office.

NSW Customers

• Forms are to be posted to NSW Energy Rebates, PO Box 435, Parramatta NSW 2124

VIC Customers

• Email completed form to Energyconcession@health.vic.gov.au
• You can call VIC Concessions information line 1800 658 521 (toll free) for more advice.

QLD Customers

• Concessions for QLD customers are managed and paid directly by the Queensland Government
• CPAP machines are not eligible for Life Support concessions in QLD

• If you have an oxygen concentrator or kidney dialysis machine, please call Concession Services on 13 QGOV (13 74 68).

When applying, the printed invoice (not hand-written) of your latest electricity bill must have:

• Your name and address printed on it (name will match Life Support recipient name)
• The most recent meter reading dates for your principal place of residence (taken after 1 July in the current financial year and less than 3 months old)
• Meter readings can be found on your Real Utilities monthly bill
