We’re excited to keep you informed about how Frasers Landing is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of this idyllic riverside community surrounded by nature.

Construction Progress

Bulk earthworks are now complete for this stage. Underground services are ongoing with drainage, sewer and water works well advanced. Road base is currently being laid and weather permitting, we are on track to achieve Practical Completion towards the end of August, with the Certificate of Titles anticipated to be issued in October/November 2023.
