Welcome to the latest Baldivis Parks Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how this exciting project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

Earthworks, services and walls are now complete. Construction of roads is still underway. Weather permitting, we hope to achieve Practical Completion in July 2023. This will then allow valuers/builders to access the site.
