Rock the Boad Film Festival  

For the 2nd year running, Frasers Property is proud to sponsor the Rock the Boat Film Festival in partnership with RHG films and Palm Beach Rotary. In preparation for this competition and to encourage our residents to participate, we are providing some training workshops for residents to learn the craft of telling their stories through film. You can use a mobile phone or any other equipment you have at hand! Open to all ages so keep your eye on the Facebook page and our website for more details.

Neighbourhood Events

We have a Coffee with a Cop planned on July 1st in Daintree Park. In partnership with the City of Rockingham this is a community initiative that gives everyone the chance to get to know their local police officers over a free cuppa. No agenda or speeches, just a chance to ask questions, voice concerns or have a friendly chat with your local police. Coffee with a Cop is open to all ages.  Parents... Bring the kids along to enjoy some fun activity sheets, or let the kids have their own chat! Tickets are available here.

Town Team launch event

On the 24th June, our sister estate Baldivis Grove, is holding a Town Team launch event, which is a great opportunity to collaboratively identify opportunities for enhancements and beautification to our neighbourhoods. It’s a great project that welcomes all residents of Baldivis to participate, so come on down!

Retail News

The local shopping centre at the entry to the estate will be delivered by Oreana Property Group and will include a supermarket, childcare centre and café. 

It is an exciting time at Baldivis Parks with the settlement of the land lot that was the site of the original sales centre on Daintree Street. This land has been purchased by Oreana Property Group with the aim of delivering a small shopping precinct to the community. We will continue to update you on behalf of Oreana Property Group of construction milestones once works commence on site.
