Baldivis Parks Construction Update - Stage 13

Please find below the latest construction information currently underway in Stage 13.

Stage 13

Works to Stage 13 are progressing on program. Common services are complete. Roadworks have now commenced. 

Weather permitting, we hope to achieve Practical Completion in July 2023. This will then allow valuers/builders to access the site.
