Welcome to the January construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Stage 8A, consisting of 17 lots was released to the market in November with sales currently underway. Engineering designs have been completed and lodged for approvals in anticipation of works commencing in April 2024.
