Welcome to the December construction update for Baldivis Grove.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the Baldivis Grove neighbourhood is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with development milestones.

Construction Progress

Stage 8A, consisting of 17 lots was released to the market in November with sales currently underway. Engineering design is currently being finalised with works due to be mobilised around March 2024. This is in alignment with completion of Stage 5 which is currently under construction.
