Construction Progress

Stage 16 bulk earthworks completed. Sewer reticulation works, drainage pit and pipeworks are complete. Timeframes for achieving Statement of Compliance remain on track for June 2023, with settlements to follow.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in June - July 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
