Bulk earthworks and sewer works are now complete, providing a solid foundation for your future home, roads, and essential infrastructure. The sewer system will efficiently carry waste to a treatment facility, ensuring proper sanitation and public health in your community.
The concrete pipes for stormwater drainage is near completion, these are installed to manage excess rainwater, with pits placed at key points to prevent flooding and protect both your property and surrounding infrastructure. Additionally, electrical trenching is underway.
