Valuation access is now available

We are pleased to advise that your lot is now pegged and ready for valuation by appointment.

We anticipate your settlement will occur in January to February 2025.

Please notify your bank or broker so your lender can schedule an independent valuation appointment. Please ask your lender/bank to contact Tina Wu on (03) 9258 1325 to schedule an onsite valuation (if required). Once the valuation is complete, your lender can finalise your loan in readiness for settlement.

Kindly reach out to your conveyancer for any relevant supporting documentation needed for your loan.
