Final construction works are now underway with grading and topsoiling completed and construction of final layer of the roads in progress.
Once done, referral authorities commence asset testing and checking. Street signs are then installed, and final line-marking is applied to the roads. Finally, the nature strips will be ready for seeding or turf and street trees can be planted to beautify your neighbourhood.
