Construction Update

Welcome to the latest The Grove Construction Update.

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We are pleased to inform that base course asphalt is now complete, this is a crucial layer helping to provide a stable and strong foundation for the final road to be constructed on. We have now begun constructing dedicated pedestrian walkways alongside the road to provide you with a safe and accessible route for walking, jogging or cycling.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in July to August 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
