Construction Progress

We are pleased toadvise that civil constuction is progressing well with kerb and channelling complete along with electrical trenching and cable installation. Optic reticulation works are underway.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Q3 2024.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
