The Grove Construction Update - Stage 48

We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

We are excited to share that sewer reticulation is now complete. The next step of work will be drainage to ensure your home's roof and underground plumbing have the appropriate connection points to carry all the stormwater to the council drains. The concrete pipes for stormwater will also be laid in order to drain any excess rainwater.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Q3 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Legal Representation

Your legal representative will provide advice and assistance with the preparations of your settlement and most importantly, a legal communication point to Frasers legal representative and your nominated bank. If you have yet to appoint a legal representative (solicitor or conveyancer), please nominate one as soon as possible and send their contact details to Tina Wu via ProsperityCareVIC@frasersproperty.com.au
