Authority compliance checks are almost complete.

Topsoil works are completed. The final step involves placing top soil and survey pegs on the lots to ensure all are neat and tidy. Once done referral authorities commence asset testing and checking. Street signs are then installed and final line-marking is applied to the roads. Finally, the nature strips are ready for seeding or turf and street trees can be planted to beautify your neighbourhood.
