Construction works have been progressing well over the last few months, with drainage, road pavement, agis and conduits, and kerb and channel now complete.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be finalising footpaths, topsoiling, and driveways, as well as completing the sewer and watermain testing.
Once these works and tests are completed, we will work with the relevant Authorities to seek their consent for the Statement of Compliance.
Now is the perfect time to begin the finance approval process, so you’re ready for settlement in late March 2025.
