Construction Progress

The Five Farms team are pleased to advise that civil construction continues to pregress well, with water reticulation testing complete and concrete boxing underway. The Five Farms team are pleased to advise that your forecasted settlement date is now expected to occur between May-June 2024. Silo Park, a Livvi's Place, now open!

We invite you to experience Silo Park, a Livvi's Place, this summer. Designed in partnership with champions of inclusion, the Touched by Olivia Foundation, it marks a huge milestone in the development of Five Farms featuring a number of facilities for all to enjoy including a Silo tower (one of the tallest play towers in the South East!), an accessible sandpit with heights for adults and children, continuous connecting accessible pathways, natural materials and calming colours, communication boards and visual mapping, ambulant toilets, accessible BBQ's, seating, parking and much more.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in Febraury - March 2024.
