Welcome to the latest Five Farms Construction Update.

We are excited to keep you informed about how the Project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you are up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

The Five Farms team are pleased to advise that civil construction continues to pregress well, with sewer and road crossing conduits now complete. The Five Farms team anticipates that settlements will occur earlier than previously advised. Your forecasted settlement date is now expected to occur between May-July 2024. Please contact our friendly Customer Care team should you have any questions regarding your settlement.

We are also thrilled to announce that construction works have now commenced for the Allendale Residents' Club with completion expected in Q4 2024.

Exclusive to Five Farms, this new community hub will offer a fully equipped gymnasium, outdoor swimming pool, a café, and multifunction co-working and function spaces.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in May - July 2024.
