We’re excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Construction Progress

External Works

We are pleased to advise that Bells Rd will open to the public in late December, improving access to the Five Farms Sales Centre and overall project.

We are still awaiting the delivery of the outfall sewer pipes which are scheduled to arrive at the end of December 2022. We are working with the contractor to be able to complete the boring as quickly as possible once the pipes arrive. Boring works will commence in late-January when the contractors return from their Christmas shut down.

These works must be complete and accepted by South East Water before the Statement of Compliance can be issued by Council for your lot to title.

Stage 21

Works are progressing more slowly than anticipated due to very wet ground conditions. The Melbourne Water main drain through this stage has now been completed, and this will allow for the roads to be stripped and stabilised in the new year.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your land is now anticipated in July to September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
