Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release One

Welcome to your June construction update for The Grove Release One.

Construction Progress

Despite the persistent weather conditions, our contractor SEE Civil has ensured that construction on site continues to progress smoothly.

We are pleased to report that testing of the sewer and water main lines is complete, and everything is working as expected. After finishing the curb installation, we have recently poured the footpaths, and construction of driveways will start within the next week. Roadworks are also progressing well, with the base layer completed and asphalt paving scheduled for the coming week. Over the next month, we will continue with roadworks and begin the exciting process of landscaping, which will beautifully transform the streetscape of The Grove Release One.

Valuations

Early site access for valuations, soil testing and site surveys is now available. Please have your builder contact the SEE Civil Site Engineer, Dylan Gon Chee on the details below to arrange site access.

Settlement  

We are pleased to advise that settlement remains on schedule to occur from July 2024. As always, our focus remains on quality and program as we work with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible. Should there be any change to this timing, our Customer Care team will be in contact with you.
