Brookhaven Construction Update - The Grove Release One

Welcome to your March construction update for The Grove Release One.

Construction on site is continuing to progress well despite ongoing wet weather. Excitingly you can now see the shape of lots and roads coming out of the ground as bulk earthworks in Release One are now complete. The majority of the retaining walls and sewer network are now also in place. Over the coming weeks, stormwater infrastructure will be installed in preparation for the commencement of works on the local road network and you will start to see the feature sandstone boulder retaining walls take shape.

We are pleased to advise that settlement remains on schedule to occur mid-year. As always, our focus remains on quality and program as we work with our contractor to ensure we can settle your property as soon as possible.
