We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

Here’s the latest:

• Detailed Excavation is complete for the basement 2 level.
• The first section of the basement 2 level hydrostatic concrete slab has now been poured.
• Preparations continue for the next basement slab concrete pour.
• Installation of the waterproofing membrane to the B2-B1 walls in the southern zone are underway.
• Basement walls will continue to follow the slab pours.

Settlement Update

At this stage, we anticipate the completion of Vela apartments to be in late 2026.
