We are pleased to inform you that significant progress has been made of the Refection Homes construction project.​

We are pleased to report that the installation of the retaining wall is well underway and advancing according to the established schedule.​

The installation of the retaining wall not only contributes to the overall visual appeal of the site but also serves a fundamental purpose in stabilising the surrounding terrain, ensuring its long-term durability and functionality.​

Simultaneously, we are preparing to initiate the waterproofing process for the retaining wall. This essential step is vital in safeguarding the structural integrity of the wall and preventing any potential moisture infiltration.

Additionally, in conjunction with the blockwork and waterproofing efforts, we are in the process of commencing the installation of inground drainage and sewer systems. Proper drainage management is of paramount importance for the project, allowing for the efficient handling of stormwater, maintaining a secure and stable construction site environment, and ensuring the seamless operation of the entire development.
