We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.

We are pleased to provide you with an update on the progress of the construction at Ancora.

Buildings B & C internal progress:

Living room floor tiling is progressing well and has been completed in several apartments, adding an elegant touch to these living spaces. ​The first coat of paint has been applied to the walls and ceilings in all Building B & C apartments, giving each unit a fresh and inviting look.

Progress has been made in our bathrooms and ensuites, most apartments now have completed wall and floor tiling. The installation of vanity joinery and shower screens is also underway, and we're eagerly moving towards the final stages, including stone benchtops and PC items.

Building C Level 2 Progress

Building A continues to evolve:

External windows and sliding doors have been successfully installed throughout the building, contributing to the structural and aesthetic appeal. Level 1 has already received its first coat of paint, and work on walls and ceilings on other levels is proceeding rapidly. Painting in these areas will follow soon, bringing each space to life.

Only a small section of curtain wall remains to be installed in the lift lobby, marking one of the final steps in completing the building envelope.

Building A Level 2 Internal Progress

External areas continue to transform:

Most of the concrete planter box walls and ramps are now complete, providing a glimpse of the final form of these spaces.

The installation of external balcony balustrades and louvre battens is next on the agenda. Once completed, the next exciting step will be to dismantle the scaffolding, clearing the way for the commencement of soft landscaping works in the external planter boxes.

Settlements:

We look forward to keeping you updated as construction progresses. Despite our site teams' continued efforts to expedite the project for settlement in 2023, there is a possibility that this timeline may not be achievable. At Frasers Property, we are deeply committed to prioritising our customers' needs and expectations. We understand the significant preparations involved in the settlement process, and considering the current circumstances, we have made the cautious decision to adjust our settlement estimate to commence from February 2024.
