Welcome to the latest Construction Update

We are excited to keep you informed of how the project is progressing, and to give you insights into the construction process to keep you up to date with the development of your new community!

We're thrilled to share that May has been an incredibly productive month for us at Ancora. The exteriors of Buildings B & C are transforming rapidly, with the timber-look aluminium cladding to levels 1 & 2, and the honed blockwork on the ground floor's progressing seamlessly. We're pleased to announce that the final set of windows is due to be installed this month, putting the perfect finishing touch on the buildings' facades.

In addition, skylights have been installed to both B & C buildings, flooding our spaces with beautiful, natural light. We're also seeing great progress on the finishing touches for our lower floors, including the undercoat painting of the balconies and the tiling of the bathrooms and ensuites.

Meanwhile, the interiors of Building A are shaping up nicely. The intertenancy walls and lightweight partitions are being installed swiftly. We're also making headway with the installation of building services including air conditioning, power, lighting, and plumbing, closely following the completion of partition work.
