We are excited to keep you informed of how the project is progressing, and to give you insights into the construction process to keep you up to date with the development of your new community!

Since completing the concrete structure last month, Parkview have been working diligently to bring the building to life.

Buildings B & C are now in the process of being fitted with windows and glass sliding doors, while partitioners and building services continue to fill more levels of the project. This, combined with façade finishes such as block work and exterior cladding, means that the buildings are becoming weather tight. As a result, one of the project's more critical trades, joinery, is set to commence soon.

We are also excited to announce the impressive curved cladded parapet, which wraps the roof perimeter of each building, is starting to take shape.

Over the coming months, we anticipate the scaffold to begin to lower as this feature is fully installed, bringing the building closer to its final form. With all three buildings opened up to fitout and finishing trades, we can expect site numbers to peak at approximately 130 workers.
